With a Master's in Business Innovation from the HSG and experience in M&A and business development, Denis not only brings serious business know-how. He is also living proof that you can run a startup with mate tea in your blood, cat videos in your head and dumbbells in your hands.

When he's not directing the fortunes of Flappie, you'll probably find Denis at the gym - supposedly to "relieve stress," but we know he secretly watches cute cats on the Flappie app between sets.

In his free time, Denis turns into a multitasking ninja: a dumbbell in one hand, his beloved mate cup in the other, while he ponders his next move.

So if you see someone doing squats, sipping mate and laughing at cat videos at the same time - that's our Denis. But don't ask him if he prefers stroking biceps or kittens - his brain might overheat!

Oliver: Our in-house “Gyro Gearloose”

🐱🤖🔧 Welcome to Oliver’s wonderful world, our technical mastermind and cat connoisseur!

With a master’s in engineering and robotics from ETH Zurich, Oliver is Flappie’s Gyro Gearloose. As a child, he built Lego robots and programmed his toy cars. Today, he conjures up cat technology as if it were cat food.

Oliver is our walking technical encyclopedia. Hardware? Check. Software? Of course. AI? In his sleep! Sometimes we wonder whether he secretly syncs his brain with the cloud at night.

When he isn’t working on the next groundbreaking Flappie innovation, Oliver is probably surrounded by cats, explaining the basics of quantum physics. We’re sure he’s secretly working on a cat-language translator.

His love of cats is surpassed only by his passion for technology. We suspect his blood contains more caffeine than platelets, which might explain how he can code, solder and pet cats at the same time.
