If you already have a cat flap, installing Flappie is easy. Compare the dimensions of Flappie with the dimensions of your doorway to make sure Flappie will fit. In general, we have adapted our dimensions to those of common cat flaps.

Minimal space requirement on the floor of Flappie:

• A minimum of 19mm of space is required under the hole to accommodate the bottom part of Flappie with a 212mm circular hole.

Your data is absolutely safe with us. You can decide for yourself which data is shared. Since the AI ​​algorithms are run on Flappie itself, it is also ensured that the data is not transferred to remote servers.

Flappie only records footage on the outside of the cat flap, so privacy in the living space is maintained. You as a user also have the option to save videos and share them anonymously with Flappie to train Flappie's AI algorithms. This allows the accuracy of the algorithm to be further improved over time. The data recorded is stored securely on servers and encrypted to protect the privacy of users.

Flappie will be delivered directly to your door by parcel service. As soon as the product is ready for dispatch, you will receive all the necessary information for tracking the shipment.
