Installing a cat flap is a two-person job. The more paws, the better!

MAINTENANCE
To ensure optimal camera performance, it's important to regularly clean the Flappie lens with a soft cloth. Use clean water or a mild soap solution to gently remove dirt or streaks. Avoid oils, lubricants, or solvents. This will ensure clear vision and precise detection by the camera.
Regularly checking the mounting screws and cleanliness is strongly recommended.
Flappie's operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C. For particularly cold days, Flappie even has an integrated heating system that keeps the camera ice-free.
Flappie is being started for the first time.
The product was designed to deter unwanted prey (e.g., mice, birds), and the AI-powered prey detection feature is provided “as is” without any performance guarantee.
Please note that the prey detection function will be activated approximately two weeks after installation to allow for system calibration. Once active, we recommend monitoring its performance for about a week to familiarize yourself with its operation and ensure it meets your requirements.
